Our two-sided platform offers a seamless connection between Kerb Owners (Local Authorities) and Kerb Users (Freight & Logistics Operators), empowering them to prioritise, track and better manage kerbside logistics within our towns and cities.

Kerb® is a digital platform that optimises kerb space – turning it into a dynamic, three-dimensional bookable asset.

What is Digital Kerbside Management?
Digital kerbside management means enabling specific users i.e. freight drivers to book kerbside slots in advance, ensuring timely deliveries by optimising bay access through a smart booking system.

Reducing PCNs and ensuring delivery accuracy for drivers

Enabling access to previously restricted areas such as red routes

Maximising kerbside flexibility with dynamic booking

Reducing congestion as fewer circling vehicles looking for a space

- Make future bookings, if available, based on the route they will be taking
- Report rogue vehicles, allowing real-time enforcement and the creation of an immediate alternative loading location
- More features coming soon
Available to download on iPhone and Android

How Can We Help Kerb Owners & Kerb Users?
Integrated with...
Integrated with existing mapping, enforcement and payment platforms with an easy step-by-step approach.

Mapping
GIS mapping providers that are already in place with councils can easily integrate with our system to showcase any mapping data.

Enforcement
The Kerb® platform integrates with onsite enforcement handhelds and back office system to allow for a seamless addition to enforcement activities.

Software
The Kerb® software has been built to integrate and connect to other systems to allow best use of the kerbside.

Hardware
Our current platform already integrates with hardware such as dynamic signage but can also be integrated with other hardware infrastructure i.e. Charging points.
Do you want to be an integration partner?

E-ink Smart Signs
Dynamic signage enables live bookings to be shown to those in the area. Utilising our partner GDS’s double-sided, e-ink smart signs, Kerb Owners can display booking information on one side and other information on air quality, on the other.
Live on Your Kerbside
Check out our Kerb® solution, utilising our Virtual Loading Bay technology, live-in action on Watling Street in the City Of London.

At Grid, we are really excited to see different uses of a Virtual Loading Bay. This project with Cross River Partnership enables us to look at high streets, pedestrianised areas, different sectors and approaches to how people are delivering in quite busy and hectic spaces across London. – Laura Jacklin, Director of UK Sales at Grid Smarter Cities
